Questions and answers

Including the things ShapesRx does not do yet. If something here is a dealbreaker, better to know now than after a demo.

What is ShapesRx?
Software for running a pharmacy's local deliveries: creating them, assigning drivers, capturing proof, and letting customers check the status of their order.
Who is it for?
Independent pharmacies in Canada that deliver to customers locally, whether that is three a day or thirty.
Do drivers need an app?
No. They sign in on their phone's browser with the mobile number you have on file and a one-time code your staff create in ShapesRx. There is nothing to download and no account for them to create.
Can customers track their delivery?
Yes, through a secure link that shows the current status. It is not a live map and there is no estimated arrival time.
Is there live GPS tracking?
No. ShapesRx shows the stage a delivery has reached, updated by the driver, rather than a live location on a map.
How does proof of delivery work?
The driver captures a signature or a photo at the door, or records a reason if it could not be delivered. It is stored with the delivery, so you can find it later.
Can I manage more than one location?
Each pharmacy has its own ShapesRx account today. If you run several locations, tell us and we will work out what you need.
Will it fit how we already work?
It follows the flow you already use: create, assign, deliver, confirm. It does not connect to your dispensing system, so deliveries are entered in ShapesRx.
How is our data handled?
ShapesRx is operated by Mansoor Brothers Enterprises Inc., a Canadian company based in Toronto. Each pharmacy's data is separated at the database level, staff and drivers see only what they need, and tracking links stop working 48 hours after a delivery is complete. Data is stored in Canada, and the application runs on servers in the United States. Some of our team works outside Canada and may access data from there when providing support; details are in our privacy policy. Built with privacy in mind; compliance requirements depend on your own operations and province.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the pilot. Paid plans come afterwards and we will agree pricing with you before anything changes.
Can we try it first?
That is what the pilot is. You use the real product, and we set it up with you.

Still have a question?

Ask it on the pilot form and we will answer before you commit to anything.
