Terms of service
Draft, pending legal review
This page sets out how we intend to work with pilot pharmacies. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a finished agreement. Pilot terms are agreed with each pharmacy directly.
Who these terms are with
ShapesRx is provided by Mansoor Brothers Enterprises Inc., Suite 104, 100 Dynamic Drive, Toronto, ON M1V 5C4. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Mansoor Brothers Enterprises Inc., and "you" means the pharmacy using ShapesRx.
What ShapesRx is
Software for managing a pharmacy's local deliveries. We provide the software. The pharmacy remains responsible for its own deliveries, its staff, its drivers, and its obligations to its customers and its regulator.
The pilot
During the pilot, ShapesRx is provided free of charge. There is no contract, no card on file and nothing renews automatically. The length of a pilot is agreed with each pharmacy individually.
Either side can end a pilot at any time. If you end yours, our team will manually export your data and send it to you.
What we ask of pilot pharmacies
Honest feedback about what works and what does not, and permission to ask your staff about how they use it. That is the whole exchange.
Your data
The information you put into ShapesRx belongs to you. We store and process it to provide the service. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to contact your customers.
Do not enter prescription contents, medication names or clinical information. ShapesRx is not built to hold clinical records.
Availability
ShapesRx is early software. We do not offer an uptime guarantee during the pilot, and you should keep whatever fallback you use today until you are confident. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it as a priority. Automatic backups are not yet in place, so keep your own copy of any information you cannot afford to lose.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for who you give access to, and for removing staff and drivers who leave. Drivers sign in with the mobile number you enter and a one-time code your staff create. Give each code only to the driver it belongs to, and keep driver records current.
Changes
The product changes often at this stage, in part because of what pilot pharmacies tell us. We will let you know about anything that changes how your team works. If these terms change, we will tell you before they take effect.
After the pilot
If you want to continue, we will agree pricing and proper terms with you before anything is charged. If you do not, you take your data and go, with no penalty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
