One delivery, start to finish.
Every delivery follows the same four steps. Here is what each one looks like for the person doing it, whether that is a staff member behind the counter or a driver at a door.
Create the delivery
A staff member enters the delivery once, at the counter, in under a minute.
- Start typing a customer's name and their address and phone fill in from your records.
- Set the day and a delivery window: as soon as possible, morning, afternoon or evening.
- Enter anything the driver needs to collect, and flag if it needs a signature, refrigeration or an ID check.
- Add instructions the driver will see at the door, like a buzzer code or a side entrance.

Instructions for the driver
Assign a driver
From the delivery itself, in two clicks.
- Every active driver is listed. Anyone your staff have marked unavailable is labelled and can't be picked by mistake.
- The delivery moves to assigned and shows up in that driver's list on their phone.
- Reassign or unassign at any point before the driver sets off.
- Anything still waiting on a driver is counted on your Today screen, so nothing gets forgotten.

The driver delivers
On the phone they already own, with nothing to install.
- They sign in with their mobile number and a one-time code from your pharmacy. No app store, no password to remember.
- Their day is listed with the delivery they are on at the top.
- One tap opens maps, one tap calls the customer.
- Collect amounts, refrigeration and ID checks are shown before they arrive, not after.

Capture proof and close it out
At the door, in a few seconds.
- A signature drawn on the screen, or a photo of the parcel where it was left.
- If nobody is home, the driver records why and the delivery is marked as failed rather than quietly disappearing.
- Cash collected is recorded against what was expected, so end of day reconciles.
- The customer's tracking page updates and the delivery joins your history with its full timeline.
